Recently I have moved luggage from Bangalore to Vijayawada. They asked me to pay the full amount of 20,000 initially and promised that they will deliver the goods within 3 to 4 days. I have believed them and paid the amount. They delivered the items after 17 days and several follow ups. I have noticed few Items missed and the condition of electronic items were too bad. Full scratches on the refrigerator and Scooty. Refrigerator is not working also. I am asking for the missed items and insurance claim for the damaged items. They are not picking the call.

I would give NO star or rather NEGATIVE rating if allowed.These guys never keep their word.I have been struggling for them to take back their boxes from home form last 75 days.First they wont pick your phone up.If picked when called from some unknown number then they will promise something and will never keep.Not just this they wont return your money taken as DEPOSIT for the boxes you keep for few days as you cannot empty everything on the same day.Thy will frustrate you the highest level possible.Go for some renowned packers and mover rather than keep chasing such people and repent on your actions.
