Suprem movers company doing very fraud with customers i experienced personally dont use this service

Due to lockdown I could not go back to Bangalore. I had to move my stuff inside Bangalore 2 times due to some problems caused by Covid. They packed all my luggage very well and efficiently. They are the best at their work. Imran sir is very down to earth and is very helpful. Will recommend their services to everyone planning to move their stuff within Bangalore as well as outside Bangalore to some other state. Now I am moving all my stuff third time to my current state (Jharkhand). They have been very cooperative and helpful at every step. Even though I am miles away they take care of everything. Thank you Supreme Packers.

Moved today within Bangalore . Packing staff are efficient , Quick & Clean. The Owner, Staff in office , Customer Service are Terrible guys, unreliable , not reachable after booking , They tell lies , don't respond , don't send enough packing materials. Our materials got damaged, got wet in rain, owner is completely unprofessional. I will not use them next time nor will recommend to any of my friends.

Very easy and relaxing service. They will do all the things and you need to just sit and watch. They assigned a relationship manager and they did their work.

Supreme is such useless service provider. I shifted my goods from Bangalore to Mumbai. At the time of shifting they took extra 4k as insurance money. in Mumbai, at delivery, They lost my box and have me someone else's box. For months together they don't solve it and I never got my original insurance till date. Cheap fraudulent company that takes money and useless customer service. Everyone I spoke to have promised to resve but none ever resolved the issue. Be careful and never use this pathetic company. The people from this Supreme packers and movers are really helpful, honest, and disciplined. They have completed the whole pickup and drop process on time, and it has been very smooth without any issues in between.

Pathetic service and this company managers are irresponsive on our bad experience! After looking at reviews of this company in assureshift website, We have used this company service in order to shifted our flat on 1st Jan. These people did not get sufficient bubble wrapper These people drove really fast and transported our luggage so bad that most of our wooden furniture have cracks now. We have shifted our flat many times and never have we experienced such extremely bad movers service!! TV was not unmounted well because of which we had to pay extra for repairs from LG. TV packing by these people was pathetic, they did not even do bubble wrap to TV and hence, we shifted TV ourselves carefully. Water filter was unmounted badly by these people because of which we had to bear installation repair charges. Gas stove pipe parts were broken by these people and again we had to pay for repairs. Washing machine pipe is broken since these guys did not unplug the machine properly. Over and above these additional repair charges, we were forced to pay extra cash. Because once they have reached our new flat with our luggage, these people refused to unload our luggage unless we paid additional money to them. On top of these headaches, the movers and packers company manager never lifted our phone call to resolve the issues we have faced during shifting. We had extremely bad experience with these people. We are now regretting taking this service.

I had to move my house hold items from Bangalore to Ongole. It was Ok at the time of packing and loading them to vehicle but then the worst experience started as i was not given any info. regarding the transport until the last min. of delivery items. I had to follow up multiple times to know the status of delivery. At last i got some valid info. After 3 days that too got them delivered at mid night with only one workmen to unload those items. Myself and my brother had to unload my items. It was like YOU PAY YOU UNLOAD. I was told that the dettached items will be fixed at destination but those were also not done. I prefer dont use this company service. Better go for other company for the service.

They are big cheater, I shifted from Chennai to Pune, they lost the materials and also they damaged, means I lost materials worth of 1 lacs including damage and lost, while you call for query of lost then they have gunda to make u fear , recommend to not use... I m going to legal action. Sumit

One of the Packing boys stole Phone++,later got it back after two days, from their representative. Demanded additional Tips after packing. The second Truck was called as the first was small size and next day Loading was done. At the destination, Delivery was hurried and the manager on phone was very rude, and insisted that only after cash payment of balance amount is done ,then the goods would be unloaded .The two boys unloading were not careful and probably damaged my new Fridge, and some of the Crockeries .Only after persistence and paying extra , they agreed to assemble the Cots and move the cartons/items to respective rooms. Further one carton containing Kitchen grocery, glass ,items utensils etc, was missing The damage to Fridge, and missing Carton was acknowledged /photographed by the Delivery Driver, who said company would do the needful as the Insurance fee of Rs 3000/ was additionally at the time of Booking. The company and their representative have not sent the insurance details as promised .They are not responding to my Phones or message thru Whats''App.. Being elderly couple ,we are unable to run around in this pandemic time in Bangalore. G. Bishnoi 17-10-2020
